Every semester, Yuan Ze University Global Affairs Office will hold cultural workshops for international students to learn more about Taiwan and Chinese culture.

The Global Affairs Office recently held Bubble Tea and kite DIY workshops. Students make cassava pearls themselves, and they can also share the authentic Taiwanese bubble tea flavor with locals after returning to their hometown in the future.

Prof Bryan Liang, CGO of Yuan Ze University, said that the Global Affairs Office would continue to hold more cultural workshops in the future, such as straw weaving experience, hand-made candied fruit, rubber stamp DIY, and dumpling making, so that international students can learn Taiwan’s daily and traditional culture and communicate with local students, and experience the culture in person.
