概要

As a bilingual university with international reputation and an application-oriented research university, the University has set up international programs in all colleges since 2017, making us the first in Taiwan.
The University is located in Taoyuan City, which is the core area of the government’s efforts to build the “Silicon Valley of Asia” and is in great need of professionals in the field of electrical engineering.
With the trend of globalization and the government’s New Southbound Policy, there is a strong demand for talents with the ability to listen, read, speak, and write English from international companies or multinational companies that have established a presence in Taiwan.
The College’s teaching and research covers the field of electrical engineering, information technology, electronics, communications, and photonics (collectively referred to as “field of electrical engineering”), which are the main lifelines of Taiwan’s economy.
The International Program in College of Electrical and Communication Engineering (International Program in CECE) not only equips graduates with expertise in the field of electrical engineering, but also strengthens students’ ability to speak English in technology and cultivates professionals with international mobility in the field of electrical engineering.
The curriculum is designed with the “field of electrical engineering “ as the core, and is taught in English, with an emphasis on integration and cross-disciplinary learning, laying the foundation for students to move towards internationalization.
